Bloomroom support

Bloomroom is operated by LIANG RAO. Contact liang.rao@gmail.com for product help, accessibility issues, privacy requests or abuse reports. Please describe the problem and include a public work link only if needed. Do not email passwords, creator secrets, payment details or identity documents.

What the plugin does

The plugin reads available flower materials, validates a floral design, creates or edits your anonymous digital arrangement and returns a link to the editable 3D studio. It does not order real flowers, process payments or send a gift to another person.

Temporary links and saving

Anonymous draft links expire after 24 hours from creation or the latest edit. Open the creator link privately and sign in to Bloomroom to save to your account before expiry. A public preview handle allows viewing, not editing. Never give another person your creator link or secret. A full serialized work link can carry the arrangement independently of a temporary draft; share it only with intended viewers.

Common problems

For an expired link, ask your agent to create a new design. For editing, use the creator credential returned when you created the draft. Preview SVGs are composition diagrams, not screenshots of the final 3D scene. The studio requires a browser supporting WebGL. Current Bloomroom accounts use a username and password; automatic password recovery is not provided.
